Entrepreneur, AI builder and mother of two. An immigrant from India who builds in hundred-day sprints, and talks about it plainly.

I came to the United States from India, and one habit came with me: I notice how things are made. The cut of a jacket. The proportion of a doorway. A pot that holds its shape. A painting that makes a room go quiet.
That attention is how I work. I started in real estate, human resources, recruiting and program management. Today I lead Toerana, a women-owned firm that helps leaders put AI to real use.
I am a mother of two. I care about women understanding their money and owning their decisions, and I believe the best way to learn something is to set a clock and do it.

I gave myself a hundred days and a target of two hundred doors. I closed and purchased one hundred and ten.

Then I set the same clock for AI: a hundred days to build and launch applications, in public, one after another.
I travel to see how other people build: temples, bridges, cities, and canyons carved by water.

Painting, fashion, architecture and pottery. Money that women understand. Work made with care.
